After numerous attempts at trying to learn meditation and yoga through YouTube and other dodgy sites I gave up!
I love getting up in the morning and doing yoga to soothing music in the background but I could never do the yoga poses properly so I didn’t feel my body was benefiting as it should.
My friend who is a yoga instructor put me onto the yoga’s teaching training program. At first I was a little pessimistic about the program but she encouraged me to just DO IT!.
I was surprised at how detailed it was and for a beginner like me it was a huge boost. I found this program to have the easiest instructions unlike others I have tried in the past. My body is starting to really get the benefits now that I am learning the correct poses which is fantastic.
Before I started the yoga’s teaching training program I had not a lot of prior knowledge into meditation I thought it was all crossing the legs and umming. I was so wrong! I found a deeper connection within myself that only true meditation could reach! this program has truly help me get to that point and show me how and guide me into a deeper understanding into how to meditate and how it helps our inner being.
The videos are a great edition I find it easier to follow by watching then just reading an illustration. Even when I would get stuck I could just email the author and he would get back to me in a flash! It was wonderful knowing I had the support to get me through the course. I have nearly completed the yoga’s teaching training program and I am so confident to now go out into the world and show others how it is done.
